Partnership Information Form

Greetings!  So, you are considering becoming a partner… great!  Church partnership is not something to be taken lightly or entered into without proper consideration.
The Bible is the story of God's redemption of mankind.  Starting in the Garden of Eden, moving along with the Birth and Death of Jesus, and the birth of the church.  Jesus' mission on earth was to accomplish the will of the Father and sacrifice His life for our salvation.  After Jesus' resurrection the role of being God's agent or ambassador was passed to all believers acting in the community of the church.
Local churches are the community of God's agents(representatives) whose role is to show God's love to the world through actions in community.
Partnering with a local church is publicly joining that group of believers on God's mission.  Agreeing to participate in hesed style community - learning together, submitting to one another, desiring correction in community, serving together, and celebrating in worship of God together.
Part of the process of becoming a partner at FC is to read through our local church bylaws. I encourage you to slow down when you get to the section about the partnership agreement. "We are a people who…" is a phrase we use to build the hesed community briefly described above.
Partnership means commitment, and we believe Christians should not take commitments lightly. That’s why we are asking you to review a few documents and complete this form. Our intention is not to pry into your personal background. And no one outside the FC leadership team will see this completed form without your permission. But we believe it’s best for you and for this church to understand one another and agree on foundational Biblical doctrine before making this partnership commitment.

Process for becoming a partner:
1. Prayerfully look through this page as well as the Berean Fellowship Constitution and Freedom Church Bylaws located at the bottom.
2. Complete this information form. Be sure to answer all of the questions.
3. Meet with a member of the LEAD team to ascertain if hearts are aligned in following Jesus and the mission, vision, values, and direction of FC.
4. Record a video (or share live at a Sunday gathering) of your spiritual story.

Partnership Agreement

Please review each part of the partnership agreement. Let us know if you agree to it and provide a short reflection for each.
